It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. Since all pottery is handmade, there will be variations. I hope you understand this and appreciate it.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If your piece has been damaged or you are unsatisfied with the work please contact me within 10 days of receiving your shipment. I'm sure we can work something out.

If there is a physical flaw in the pottery or damage during shipping, I will replace the item upon confirmation of damage.

 

For returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. For returns, your money will be refunded once the piece arrives safely. Please return the piece(s) in the original packaging or contact me for the proper way to pack for safe shipping.
