Yunomi is a Japanese word that is used to describe a teacup which is used for everyday drinking, unlike the chawan, which is used in the Japanese tea ceromony. Yunomi are traditionally made taller than wide, with a turned foot. They are perfect for any kind of drinking, hot or cold. This cup is approximately 4.5' high by 3" wide. The glazes used are called autumn mist and creamy peach.
